  The Bailey decision is not an isolated ruling. We now know of at least two other successful ADEM cases argued in Vaccine Court. More significantly, an explosive investigation by CBS News has found that since 1988, the vaccine court has awarded money judgments, often in the millions of dollars, to thirteen hundred and twenty two families whose children suffered brain damage from vaccines. In many of these cases, the government paid out awards following a judicial finding that vaccine injury lead to the child’s autism spectrum disorder. In each of these cases, the plaintiffs’ attorneys made the same tactical decision made by Bailey Bank’s lawyer, electing to opt out of the highly charged Omnibus Autism Proceedings and argue their autism cases in the regular vaccine court. In many other successful cases, attorneys elected to steer clear of the hot button autism issue altogether and seek recovery instead for the underlying brain damage that caused their client’s autism

  'We all know that autism has exploded in our communities and there have been many claims that vaccination, particularly the MMR (Measles/Mumps/Rubella) vaccine have been blamed, famously by Dr. Andrew Wakefield, whose evidence was originally accepted and published by The Lancet before vaccine manufacturers put pressure on the powers that be to have his evidence discredited and further to have him struck off the medical register, all this despite massive support and agreement with his evidence by parents whose children had become autistic after receiving vaccinations.

  So what is going on now in terms of assessing cases of autism? The manipulation of statistics is a well known method of hiding what’s really going on about anything, whether this be the economy or in this case, real autism figures.

  You see, the children don’t have autism, no, they have this new made up condition called Fragile X. So these figures are simply deducted from the autism figures and hey presto, autism figures drop and although Fragile X figures rise they’ll tell us that vaccines aren’t to blame for autism because figures are dropping whilst vaccines are still being administered to children.

  Again, let’s call it what it is…OUTRIGHT LIES AND FRAUD'

  i'm doing my own research on this date, majority (98%) of sources points to 587bce, i'm still studying jw enterpretation of bible chronology and other books but so far there seems to be little support for 607bce.. .

  The Jw's will go out "not with a bang but a whimper."

  Yeah they are a small footnote in history but a very large catastrophe to those of us whose childhoods their dream killing, fun phrohibiting rules have delieberately permanantly left their ugly scar on. I can only look back with sadness at how much fun growing up in the magic sixties might have been had I not been a JW.

  To those of you who worked at Bethel for peanuts like I did-happy Labor Day.

  On the other hand there is a high you experience when you stop being a Witness like what you feel when recovering from an illness.

  Just look at their record during early Nazi Germany, willing to sell out the Jews to curry a little favor with Hitler, I think I know whose side their on and it's not the good guys. They'll pull out that scripture about obeying the Government. Then they'll direct the flock to the nearest government holding center.

  Hidden remnants of a life past....

  as we sat rummaging through old files, clearing the clutter and removing dated receipts, canceled checks, and old employment information, i found them.

  in a file, hidden somewhere between the mortgage papers and credit card statements, was a file marked 'theocratic info' or something to that effect.. my wife handed the file to me and asked what i wanted to do with this?

  i shuffled through forty or fifty sheets of neatly typed notes, manuscripts, and printed forms.

  I found a bunch of my Bethel records and files recently, I won't tell you how many years they go back but I have thought similar thoughts about what to do with what represents a big chunk of my life, like a letter from Knorr then Presidient of the Society to the Bethel family in 76 just after 1975 passed uneventfully, stonewalling any mention of it.

  Question, when you burn that stuff do demons pop out? Or does it just smell like...
